Big South National Qualifier

STAY AND PLAY
(LOYALTY PROGRAM)

For this tournament, in order to obtain preferred hotel locations, we are a part of the Big South LOYALTY PROGRAM. The loyalty program requires your team to rent 90% of the contracted rooms.  For any team that does not meet this quota, that team can be assessed a fine and/or be dropped from the tournament. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS and NO OTHER METHODS OF HOTEL RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THE LOYALTY PROGRAM. YOU MUST BOOK IN THIS BLOCK.

 
If the club incurs a fine due to a team not booking the required amount of hotel rooms, that fine will be distributed amongst the families that did not book in the loyalty program room block.

Our recommendation is that all families stay downtown.  In Louisville, there is not much in the way of accommodations around the Expo Center.  As a club, we have been to this tournament several times and our families have always preferred to stay downtown because of the availability of restaurant options in that area as opposed to what is around the Kentucky Expo Center.  However, it is fully and completely up to each family as to where they stay for this event.

We have been working with TTS to secure a complimentary room block and expect to have that available to our families soon.  If you would like, you can book a fully refundable reservation at a hotel of your choice now, then when our room block is given to us, you will have the option of getting a room in our block or keeping your existing reservation.
